Gnocchi soup recipe
32 oz gnocchi
2cups shredded carrot
1 small bulb garlic
2 cups kale
1 can coconut cream
2 tsp salt
2 tsp ms. Dash
1 tsp parsley
1tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of pepper flakes
8 cups water
2tsp chicken less seasoning (vegan chicken flavoring)
Sauté garlic, carrot, dash, parsley, Italian seasoning, and 1 tsp of salt together until carrot sweats a little
Add water and chicken flavoring then bring to a boil
Add gnocchi and boil for 3-4 min
Turn heat down and simmer for 10 min
Add coconut cream and kale then cook for another 2 min
Add remainder of salt to taste and finish off with pepper flakes
