Garlic Butter Mushrooms


Garlic Butter Mushrooms is a simple and flavorful dish that can be served as a side or as a vegetarian main. Here’s a recipe:


  • 1 pound (450 g) mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they start to release their liquid, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and continue to cook until the mushrooms are tender and the garlic is fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and season the mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stir in the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
