Full Sized Flower Bread


3.5 cups of flour

1.5 cups of warm water

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 teaspoon of salt

1 package of instant yeast

1 tablespoon of liquid oil (to grease your hands)

For the topping:

1 tablespoon of yogurt

1 egg yolk Sesame and poppy seeds


Take 3.5 cups of flour in a bowl and make a hole in the center. Add warm water, sugar, salt, and yeast to the hole. Knead until the dough is formed. If the dough sticks to your hands, you can add 2 more tablespoons of flour. Let the dough rest for 1 hour at room temperature. Then take the dough, knead it again to remove the air and divide it into 8 equal parts. Shape the dough into a flower shape and let it rest for another 30 minutes in a greased pan with a lid. Then take the dough and brush it with the mixture of yogurt and egg yolk. Sprinkle with sesame and poppy seeds. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Cover the top with foil after taking it out of the oven. Enjoy!
