Flourless Keto Bread

This bread is really fun to make and it looks like artisan bread from a bakery. The fact that you’re making your own ‘flour’ by mixing powders together, creating the shape and adding a design makes it such a wholesome experience. It takes an hour to make with no proofing time required.

Ingredients:

150g/ 1 ½ cups Oat Fiber

30g/ 1/3 cup Egg White Powder

80g/ ½ cup + 1 tsp Flaxseed Powder/Meal

33g/ 3 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder

17g/ 1 tsp + 1 tbsp Baking Powder

5g/ 1 tsp salt

30g/2 tbsp Sweetener

7g/ 2 tsp Instant Dried Yeast

274g/ 5 Eggs at room temp

380g/400ml/1 + ¼ cups lukewarm water

50g/ ¼ cup White Vinegar

5g/ 1 tsp Keto Approved Oil
