Easy Lemon Berry Keto Cream Cheese Dessert


  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or stevia
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish


  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the heavy cream, erythritol or stevia, lemon zest, and lemon juice, and mix well until everything is well combined and fluffy.
  3. Divide the mixture into four serving dishes or ramekins.
  4. Top each dish with mixed berries and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the dessert to set.
