Easy Keto Coconut Flour Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch (23x13cm) loaf pan and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
  4. Add the melted coconut oil, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar to the beaten eggs and mix well.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. The batter will be thick.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
