2lbs stew meat
6 red potatoes quartered
1lb baby carrots whole
1 whole bunch of celery chopped large
1 large sweet yellow onion quartered
2tbsp minced garlic
15oz can of diced tomatoes
15oz can of tomato sauce
3 cups of beef broth or 3cp water/ 3 bouillon cubes
Cooked on low bout 14-18hr
