Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 8-10 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini pepper juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of your crock pot.
- Sprinkle the Ranch seasoning mix and Au Jus gravy mix over the chicken.
- Cut the butter into slices and place on top of the chicken.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers and the juice to the crock pot.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once the chicken is cooked through and tender, shred it with a fork.
- Serve hot with the pepperoncini peppers and sauce on top.
