postrecipes February 19, 2023 Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt and black pepper, to taste 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and butter until melted. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove chicken breasts from skillet and place in an oven-safe dish.
