Cleanse Soup


1/4c vegetable broth simmer 1/2 red onion chopped, 2 T minced cloves garlic for 5 minutes
Add 3 chopped carrots, 4 chopped celery stalks, head broccoli, chopped with stem, 2 chopped tomatoes, simmer 5 min, add small amount of water or vegetable broth if needed
Add 1 t turmeric, 1/4 t cinnamon, 1/8 t cayenne salt and pepper. Add 4 cups veg broth, 2 cups water, bring to boil, lower heat, simmer 15 min.
Add 2 cups chopped kale, 1 c chopped purple cabbage for 4-5 min. Squeeze of lemon juice.
