First time making Albondigas soup!
2 Lbs of ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup rice
Cilantro
Garlic
Pepper
Oregano
Carrots
Onion
Zucchini
Cilantro
2 cups water in a pot
Blend 4 roma tomato and a little less than half of an onion and maybe 3 oz of water
Pour into the pot
Add meatballs
Chicken bouillon
(I personally added fiedo)
Cook 15-20 mins
Add vegetables and more cilantro and cook until tender
