90 Second Personal Pan Pizza


  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g. sliced pepperoni, diced vegetables, cooked ground sausage)


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
  2. Crack the egg into the bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Grease a microwave-safe ramekin or small bowl with olive oil.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased ramekin and smooth out the top with a spoon.
  5. Microwave the ramekin on high for 90 seconds.
  6. Carefully remove the ramekin from the microwave and let the pizza crust cool for a minute or two.
  7. Spread the tomato sauce over the top of the pizza crust.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the tomato sauce.
  9. Add your desired toppings on top of the cheese.
  10. Microwave the pizza on high for an additional 30-60 seconds, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Carefully remove the ramekin from the microwave and let the pizza cool for a minute or two.
  12. Use a knife or spatula to carefully remove the pizza from the ramekin.
  13. Serve hot and enjoy your Keto 90 Second Personal Pan Pizza!
